Vacancies. Customer services and claims operators. Customer and claims service operators are required for our north Kent site. Applicants will be required to demonstrate good communication skills together with a reasonable level of Information Technology skills. The roles will call for a flexible approach and may in time require an on call element to cope with peaks in demand. Applicants will ideally have some experience in a call centre environment.
