SUGGESTED ITEMS FOR STORAGE

The list of possible items for storage is as varied as the users of the system. As individuals think about the system and what it can do for them new ideas seem to occur. It is entirely up to the user what they save but some of the key suggestions are given below.

PHOTOGRAPHS (general).

The most popular and obvious item for deposit storage. Photographs of children and family members, wedding photographs, or any photographs of particular significance to the user. It is about those items that otherwise could never be replaced.

PHOTOGRAPHS (of objects)

An option that can be of great assistance to the user in the event of loss is to store photographs of items of high personal value that would not be easy to replace. The storage of these items can assist with an insurance claim in the event of loss and can even be used to have replica items constructed. Typical examples being items handed down through families that could not be replaced off the shelf but could be made in replica that would evoke the same memories. An important and very useful aspect is room by room photographs of your property that support your household inventory.

VIDEO IMAGES.

Wedding video images indeed all of the above although it should be noted that this would use a lot of space in the deposit.

DOCUMENTS.

A safe and secure place to store scanned copies of significant or important documents such as Title deeds, Will and Testament, Birth & marriage certificates, other Certificates (educational etc.), medical insurance documents in fact any document that it would be useful to have a copy of if something happened that damaged or destroyed the originals.

CATALOGUES OF PERSONAL COLLECTIONS.

Again this is extremely helpful in the event of loss, enabling the user to itemise losses when having to make a claim. Household inventory (include model and serial numbers of high value items and professional appraisals of any jewellery, collectibles or artwork), record ,CD and DVD collections are just a few of the items that can be so recorded.
